Reset everything?

    My Xbox 1 has told me to reset all my saved games and then sync them and I should get all my saved games back but the last time I did this I didnt get anything from my saved games back.What do I do?

    Turning xbox off issue

    Thanks. Resetting the cache solved the issue. So far, resetting the cache has solved all issues i have, only this time i had to unplug the cord for a few seconds for it to fix it. Usually i dont unplug it when i reset, this time i had to.... but its working now so all is good....

    Resetting Display Settings ?

    I dont know thats why I was asking, everything else plugged into the TV displays correctly, 360, Android Media Box, Apple TV, PC but the X1 displays as above.

    It wasnt an issue on my TV downstairs the 46" but its an issue on my 32" in the games room. I have checked the aspect ratio but makes no difference.
    Its an Panasonic LCD

    Where are you seeing this message that you need to delete all data? If you're connected to the internet, all your saves should be accessible from the cloud Reset everything? :)

    Where are you seeing this message that you need to delete all data? If you're connected to the internet, all your saves should be accessible from the cloud :)

    Hey Jay, it sounds like you have done everything to make that XBOX like it came right out of the box. Formatting the hard drive pretty much gets rid of EVERYTHING! Congrats on getting the XBOX One!
