    Error code E102 00000C01 8007 003

    Hi all. I've had a Microsft update and my xbox now Dosent work. I turn it on and it goes to the reset screen.

    I was advised in the past, by xbox support when this happened before, to do a 10 second hold of power button and unplug. Didnt work.

    As advised by xbox support in the past as it's happened before (4k, blu ray didnt work, uninstalled, re-installed) told to do eject, controller pair up button and power to do a full reset. Offline isnt an option to choose, can't highlight it. The Screen
    goes black and comes back to the reset screen. The 3 options as always are keep apps etc or delete all, or restart. The Offline is STILL not an option to choose. No matter which I choose, it just goes black and then back to the same screen of options. And
    to top it all, you CAN'T speak to anyone.EVERY question online on Xbox support, it dosent justify chat or phone call.. EVERY SINGLE CHOICE, YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I CANT USE. HELP ANYONE. I CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE...AGAIN AFYER AN
    UPDATE MY XBOX NIW WONT WORK, NO SUPPORT.. in the way of Obi Wan, Help me Support team, your my only hope

    Clean Cache dosent Work

    On my PC fortnite works very Well.

    ERROR: 0x8027025a For some reason Home took too long to start

    if your using a modem/router combo from time warner , that might be the issue if a factory reset dosent fix it....

    Is it showing any sort of error code.

    Also, was the reset you did a factory reset?
    I have gotten the standard sign in error codes. Dont remember the codes off the top of my head. The reset that is hanging is through settings>system>console

    Usually when I have issues like that I'll check to make sure xbox services are good and reset my console after that I'll hold the power button and reset for a hard reset and if that dosent work I wait 24 hours and then contact support
