    Reset child’s password for xbox


    My nine-year-old daughter forgot her Xbox password and we need to reset it. I have been trying to figure out how to do it and evidently there is no easy way to get it done. Hoping someone can assist. Her account is added to our family, along with
    myself, my wife and our two boys. It seems this should be a basic function for a parent to have on their child’s account.

    You can download the child account using the parental account email and password, but in order to sign in you would need to sign in with the child account info. If you need to reset the password then the parental email is usually the email that the reset
    link goes to.

    Cannot Reset Child Account Password.

    I have filled out said form with all the information I have, which I can verify was correctly entered on their account's creation because I can see it on the family portal - and it is still not enough to recover the account. The fact I cannot get access to a human to talk with about this issue at Microsoft is extremely frustrating. I've already cancelled my Xbox Ultimate plan which had been going for 3+ years over this, and will continue to not spend money in the ecosystem.
