    My xbox one s got stuck at the black screen of death so i went to reset it and when i click a option it freezes and doesnt do anything after that

    I've had enough!

    Again more troubleshooting, Usually the black screen of death can be fixed with a hard reset. Hold the power button on the front of the x bone for about 5 secs. then power on.
