    Reset a second hand xbox 360


    Hello

    I'm trying to reset the console, there seems to be two issues. When I try and format the console it doesn't give me the option to enter the console serial No but gives me a message saying a required storage device has been removed and the console will restart,
    there's 2.7GB of available space. I also cannot reset the parental settings, when i follow the instructions given (DDUx) nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

    It's just the box and whatever is internal, no flash drives attached.

    I've already been in touch with support they went through the same things that you can find online, that don't work, and then couldn't do anymore.
