Reserved domain

Hey Xbox Fan,

Thank you for responding. Before suggesting any troubleshooting, could you provide the domain of the email which was deleted? Note, Microsoft emails (live, outlook, msn, etc) are deleted when removed from your account, and cannot be recovered.

I fixed the issue with my Xbox but now I can't acces the email when I removed it so how can I get it back

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. More than likely, your Microsoft account is now using the Back up email you had set up as its primary email. You normally cannot delete an email from your account without having something to replace it with.

You can't make.a live.com email anymore you can only make outlook I wss lucky and got a super short email with my name and live Canada email when they first launched it in Canada people get jealous becausr of the shortness of it

I get compliments how did you get such a short email lol

Any outlook server if you had a preexisting live email would already br a ms account

MS shut off all sub domains they only have outlook.com with the different region now if you were lucky to have the older domains you can still use them.but you cant generate new ones

I am very sorry for the problem you are experiencing with the email. For cases of LOSS OF ACCESS, the only solution is through the account recovery form which is the following: https://account.live.com/acsr

You must keep in mind that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, support cannot help with this type of case because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option, if you cannot fill out the form for X or Y Reason then unfortunately the account cannot be recovered.
