    resending code details


    firstly, i had my xbox live account associated with an email address that is closed by the provider. so i can no longer access that account at all.

    i purchased a xbox live 3 month subscription through rewards but because i cant access that email account, i cant get the code.

    i have looked everywhere to try and get help but i am stuck.

    please help

    If you post which codes you're looking for, support will check into them and see about resending them to you.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer suppprt via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.

    How do I get my minecoins or my Reward Points back?

    Did you get the email with the redeem code for minecraft.net/redeem ?

    In order to obtain the details of your reward, please go to your Order History and scan through the list of your orders. Look for the reward in question and at the far-right, click the Order Details button to get your redemption code or link. Select Resend if you want a copy of your confirmation email and/or select Order Details if you want to get the details of your reward.

    Only the gift cards are automatically redeemed on your account. Gold and Ultimate are emailed to you as a prepaid code. If you didn't get them email, you can go to your Order History (on the left of the redemption page) and you can have it either resend
    the code or if there's an option to view order details, it'll show the code there.
