    Resend Confirmation Email?


    Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to have a reward resent to my email (Microsoft Rewards)? I redeemed 6500 points for a GameStop gift card ($5.00) on October 13, 2017 and permanently deleted it by accident.

    Changing Live Email??

    the email i used to setup my xbox live account is no longer active and i cant seem to figure out how to change it to my new email? when i went to the billing info it just tries to resend confirmation to the old inactive email?

    Resend Confirmation Email?

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
