    It depends if it was a code you purachsed then you can contact the retailer most retailers will resend you the same code again. If it was from xbox live then contact support and they can resend the code too you https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer suppprt via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.
