Reselling Xbox Bundle

Hi,

I want to resell my Xbox Bundle. Does the buyer still have the game that came with the Xbox when i bought it?

Xbox One will let you share your Gold membership between all members of the household who sign into your Xbox One console, so you only need one Gold between you and your partner.

Reselling the games in the bundle shouldn't be a problem. They're yours to do with as you please. As for trading in... that's up to the individual retailers, and their policies.

Assuming that the game in question is a digital download, then buyer will not have access to the game if you have downloaded it, as it is then tied to Your account and a buyer would need to have access to Your live account, something that is definently NOT
adviseble and if I'm not mistaken allso against the T.O.S and/or C.O.C

If the game is disc-based then you can freely pass on the gam to the buyer minus any activated DLC codes.. but I belive that most bundeled games on the Xbox One is Digital Download.. (if not all)

This is actually not entirely true.

If you sell your Xbox and you never again have one, the new owner can continue to use your digital downloads. They can even re-download them after a system reset.

What You suggest might be possible, but I can't see that it was intended to be used in that fashion.. as You say for it to work has the condition that the OP never changes his mind and gets another Xbox One..

It's absolutely not a case of "might be possible", I've seen this with my own eyes. It most definitely is the case.

Perhaps I could have put my words diffrently, but my point is that I belive that it's not the intended use of that function(transfering games With the sale of a console)... As I understand what you said it only applies as long as the OP never gets another
Xbox One..

That being said I Guess it's up to a potential buyer if he wants to gamble on it..

That's exactly it. The new buyer will get it, but for how long? It's up to them if the gamble is worth anything or not.
