    Required fields in contacting Microsoft


    We can't enter name in the required fields for contacting Microsoft about an error we have on Xbox one. So can't send our request for contact/help. Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help? Thank you.

    Chat With Microsoft Support Greyed-Out required Fields

    Im having problems contacting microsoft support.When the required fields appear,they are greyed-out and my old email address is filled in instead of my new one.How can i change this info?

    So I'm trying to contact support when suddenly...

    Contacting is intentionally made impossible

    Login required, but when I login it greys out the required fields, making sure you can't input the required info.

    Good job Microsoft

    Managed to avoid questions once again

    Try signing into http://account.live.com and verify the information on your account. If that doesn't work, you may want to try contacting phone support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.

    No phone number on contact page. Attempted chat with IE, Edge, Firefox and chrome. It requires I enter first and last name but fields are grayed out and do not allow for entry. Attempt to proceed fails due to empty name fields
