Required fields blanked out

    I am trying to get on to chat support and sign in as requested.

    Both name fields are blanked out though my email is filled in automatically.

    How do I type my names in the required fields?

    Tried on chrome, explorer and apple but no joy.

    Actually trying to find my other email address after my Xbox 360 stopped working. Want to transfer all my game data to Xbox one.

    HDR blanked out in settings?

    Yup identical issue here and I have a UF850V 55inch and this has deep HDMI enables on both HDMI ports and HDR is blanked out. I spoke to MS and after 20 minutes of literally not having a clue came back saying it's because the TV is already using the HDR?

    To me I don't think that's right, usually something is greyed out when you can't use it? And LG came back and said Deep HDMI is NOT HDR it is LG's own version of this. I have said to them that if this is the case then I want to return my TV for a TV fit
    for its purpose as it was advertised as having HDR. I hope you guys with LG TV's don't have the same problem with LG. Both MS and LG have been absolutely no use whatsoever and hard to get real answers from and don't really know.

    Hi

    Have you checked that your TV has the latest firmware installed? I know a few LG TV's had HDR added to them by a software update but I don't know if this model is one of them.

    All my billing information is correctly filled but it stills displays the old name and email address.
