    Requesting suspension lift


    About 2 years ago, my old account Swordtwin was permanently suspended for having multiple refunds on games that were purchased separately. I'm asking that I could get the account back since I still have games and currency on the account. I was never given
    a warning beforehand and I was given all of the refunds by employees with Xbox Support.

    Those forums are no longer used.An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you the reason or you can log in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo with the suspended account to see why & ask for a case review if the suspension is more than 24 hours.

    In any case,you do not get suspended for no reason.

    You will not get the suspension lifted though.

    Cheating is cheating,no matter what kind of cheating it is.You're lucky it wasn't a permanent ban.

    Since the ban took place 2 years ago, it is no longer possible to request a case review. There is no other way to contact the enforcement team so there is no way to have the ban lifted.

    With you being suspended the only way to lift the suspension is to request a call or chat from support. They will be able to assist you.

    You cant request a suspension be lifted, once the suspension is served you will be able to play the game again.

    If your not sure how long the suspension is for contact 343 studios or post on Bungie.net for game specific suspensions.

    MS don't issue these type of suspensions its the game developers..

    The Enforcement Team does not use the forums any longer. Only an Enforcement Team member can respond to any specific suspension issues.

    The only way to get information on a suspension, or request a shortened/lifted suspension is the enforcement site: https://enforcement.xbox.com.

    Suspension Over... Cant play online still

    Suspensions are lifted at the same time of day that they were enforced. So even though it lifts today, if they suspended you at 11:45pm, your suspension wont' lift until then.
