    Requesting Removal of my Profile's Details


    I changed my bio and location on the Xbox website before I was restricted from doing so, as I am unable to edit my profile from my console. (I don't know why.) I would like my bio and location removed from my profile, please, if it's possible.

    Really they stripped me of it? So me sending the messages requesting my removal had nothing at all to do with it. And no I do not believe I went over the line.

    it says i have a code that has just been sent to me by email, i log into the designated email it has apparently been sent to but i cannot find it anywhere i have click resend about 4 times... and i find that if it says that it is already in my email... that
    obviously there must be some kind of glitch or something going on within the system otherwise why lie about it.

    why make a person wait for unnecessary about of time when you can just state it will be there within the hour, or you will have the code in 30mins... i dont get why i have to be lied to and told there is a code already in my email... when there is not. all
    i want to do is remove my credit card details and it takes sooo much effort to do a 5second job.

    1. Go to xbox.com

    2. Sign in to your account

    3. Once signed in select MY ACCOUNT (right-hand side by your avatar pic)

    4. At the MY ACCOUNT page select MANAGE PAYMENT OPTIONS (first choice)

    5. On the next page you should have the option to REMOVE or ADD another payment option.
