Requesting online ordering of 220V power supply

So here is my gripe as many others I have seen. If you order or buy a US Xbox One it comes only with the option for 110V power supply. There is currently no acceptable method to me anyway for ordering an official Microsoft XBOX One 220V power supply. I am
currently stationed in Germany due to a military assignment here we only receive 110V Xbox Ones with no place to buy an Xbox One 220V power supply. Also since my official mailing address will be a overseas United States address if I go through the replacement
process they will send a 110V power supply even though the address is in Germany. I have uploaded my chat conversation with Xbox support member, Julie, in hopes to shed light on the issue and get community support on this issue. The beginning of my conversation
was for another matter the important part of having no knowledge on when they will be able to supply 220V is greatly depressing.

Hope to here more firm information from Xbox Support about this!

Xbox 360 slim power supply help

    Hello

i bought xbox 360 slim in USA , which means that the power supply runs on 110v only.

now I moved to Turkey and the electricity here is 220V, i was wondering to buy a power supply of a local xbox 360 and then plug it to mine, will this work?

will the 220v power supply will make the same electricity power as the 110v?

    thanks for helpers

  3. 220v Power Supply

    Hello Guys,

Here are my news : I ordered the PSU on 31st of January 2014 and I still did not receive anything and did not get new from Microsoft. I contacted them 5 times, they always told me they raised my problem to another department that would contact within 5 days
but it has been 24 days and nothing.

This morning I contacted them again like every monday and the new is that they want a proof that I paid... They took money on my bank account on 3rd of February and they are asking for a proof of payment (the girl told me via chat). So this girl should send
me a mail to which I should reply to give my proof of payment but I did not receive any email. Microsoft has the *** support I have ever seen. It is such a shame to be incompetent like that.

My advise : Don't buy an Xbox one because if you get an issue with it, it will be a mess for a while.

That is currently what we are doing. However, the expense to leave a transformer running to use the xbox is quite ridiculous. I mean the whole marketing campaign and point to it being "the One" was that it replaced all multimedia/entertainment devices. Now
every device I have has a proper power supply that adapts 110-240 with plugs to match except for "the One" that is supposed to replace them. Now, currently I am told there is no way to order official 220V or European plugs. The idea of the always on and running
is shattered by the simple fact that leaving the transformer on overnight with no load would be about $7.28 a day. So we currently unplug it every night and blah blah blah just an inconvenience. When in this modern age of travel and technology, I could only
hope that a 220V/European plug would be an option to purchase. Guess I am just the only one who's crazy here.

    Xbox with 220V DC

    Hi

The Xbox One S and Xbox One X both support 110v AC and 220v AC as for the original Xbox One with the separate power supply you will need to purchase a replacement power supply. To order a replacement power supply please use the link below and you should
be able to purchase the correct power supply.

Using XBox 360 with 220 volt??

You cannot use a North American power supply with 220V, as it cannot accept that voltage. You will want to contact phone support in your new region and order a new power supply for your console that will be qualified for use in your region. :) support.xboox.com/pages/contact-us.aspx
