    Requesting help regarding update 6.2.11064.0


    Ever since I have updated my xbox to OS 6.2.11064.0 [It was like a 245 mb update] my kinect will not work even though i've unplugged and plugged it back in, at the settings is says my kinect is unplugged even when it is plugged in. My xbox won't allow me
    to connect to xbox live with my account and says and error has occurred, Requesting urgent assistance... (also if it helps i am a part of the early update programme thing on xbox one)

    Had already done that and it hadn't fixed it, I hope I don't have to reset to factory conditions...
