Requesting Enforcement team support

I have to contacted xbl support about my recent social ban and they referred me to the enforcement team. Your website stated and I have documentation/proof that my ban would be from 5/13/16 @ 4:21am UTC through 5/14/16 @ 4:21 am. I still do not have xbl
social services and cannot chat with my friends in party or game chat. However, I can send messages and chat on twitch. I would like the terms of the ban be more concise and not misleading as to the length of my ban and others, as well. It is unfair to me
especially being a loyal customer for over ten years and this being my first offensive ever. Yes i did make a mistake and used one word of profanity to another xbl user after a race, in which he wrecked numerosu individuals within said race. I now understand
that was not the way to go about solving the solution. Which subsequently got me a 24 hr ban for xbl social services. Thank you. Robert Connor

Support can do nothing about enforcement actions, you'll want to ask the Policy Enforcement Team about it by requesting a case review over at
http://enforcement.xbox.com - they are the only ones who can provide details about (or reverse if found inappropriate) your enforcement action.
