    I have been trying to get a hold of one of you directly so as yo fix an issue that you department made, I have faxed you, called through switchboard and forums. I am almost to the point to where I will take time off work and show up on your work doorstep.
    As a supervisor myself, this is unaceptible. I am requesting a direct contact number to one of you, respo d yo this email[Mod Removed] so this can be resolved without me coming up there from texas.

    If this is in regards to an enforcement action you would need to contact the Xbox Enforcement team.

    The Xbox Enforcement team can be contacted through the
    Xbox Enforcement website from this website you should be able to request a case review if eligible.

    as has been stated, enforcement can only be viewed from the enforcement , family management site, no point contacting support as they are not allowed to assist with bans in any way.
