Requesting Codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgment

I purchased my xbox one gears of war bundle on november 27th, 2015. I received a promotion/codes/tokens to download the gears of war 3 and gears of war judgement from xbox live msgs soon after but since then, i am unable to find these codes. I was directed
to this forum from xbox support manager maria y. to reach out here to get these codes. If someone could get back to me that would be great - gamer tag:

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

Thanks for reaching out. To clarify with this promotion you would need to have played Gears of War Ultimate on your console by December 31st, 2015. To clarify, did you play the game using this Gamertag or possibly a different one?

Hi again, I was already given the codes for the games back in Nov/Dec, and i had friends who initially had the same bundle as me, and they were able to use their codes still just recently. This is more than just a couple of people I know personally who were
able to use the codes, which is why i was looking for mine so i could download them like they did. I even had a couple of people just buy the xbox bundle recently, about 2 weeks ago for one friend, get the same type of msg i got when i initially got my bundle,
and they were still able to get the codes EVEN though its long passed the promotion. Somehow, my msgs got deleted even though i dont recall ever deleting them. I dont understand how this is getting to be so difficult. No i dont have another account
