    I have multiple issues with my Xbox after getting the New Xbox Experience dashboard and I would access so that I may seek answers. All I get is a "group not found" error.

    In order to get access to those Early Access Forums, you do have to request access through twitter. Just tweet the issue you're having @XboxSupport and they will get you all set up for the Preview Program Forums!

    Twitter is just one way to gain access to the forums, you will also be able to get it through this forum post Requesting Access to the Preview Forum :)

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out your forum access once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
