    You can always post here on the Xbox One support forum's for assistance. the only way you are allowed access if you are in the preview program on your Xbox One Console.

    You should be good to head on over to the Xbox One Update Preview forums now Requesting access for preview forums :) If you're still running into trouble accessing the forum please let us know.

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort you out your forum access once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
