    Hello blacGEEZUS804,

    We see that you have been appropriately awarded. Your MYVIP level for the last year matches your eligible purchases, and your payback was also accurate. The only point of confusion that we can see is that since your two purchases in December went to an offer
    (Gotta Get Em All) they did not award MyVIP payback. Purchases can only be awarded for an offer or MyVIP payback, and not both. Since offers take priority, you were awarded in that way.
