Requesting a deposit

I got 15k points on the 13th and I did not get the deposit on the 15th. Is there a way to get an early deposit?

We do not see a deposit request from your account. You can request a scheduled deposit from your MyRewards page. Upon requesting your deposit, the button should change to an estimated deposit date.

Hi Jumping. It looks like the last deposit attempt made was in 2014. Since then, Microsoft had put out a fix for accounts with your deposit error. Try requesting another deposit and we will make it on the 29th. Thanks!

 

There is no way to have credits deposited earlier than what is scheduled. The first deppsit for this month took place before the 13th, and the credits would have needed to be pending before the 1st in order to jave been deposited then.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposiyed by the
15th if the next month.

As Smwutches says, since your Credits were pending in the earlier half of this month, they were only recently processed and deposited, as a part of our end of month deposit occurring today.
