Requested Deposit was cancelled and Date Pushed back

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago I had requested for my Rewards Balance of 4500 to be deposited This week. After checking, I noticed the request was cancelled and now the button gives me an option to request the balance to be deposited on the 29th. Is there anyway
to correct this and have it deposited immediately?

Deposit date correction

Once you request a deposit there is no way to have it cancelled. So if you requested a deposit for the 27th, the credits will be deposited on the 27th.

I requested an early deposit but the date has now passed and instead of being deposited, a new date is displayed to submit a deposit for

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 15th. Since you requested a deposit for that date, that is when they will
be deposited.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. After reviewing your account, I do not see any issue with your Credits being deposited in the mid-December deposit cycle.

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. There will still be a deposit on the 15th. Since you requested a deposit for that date, that is when they will
be deposited.
