Requested a refund on two games purchased digitally, but only one processed!

I requested a refund for two titles that I purchased together at the same time. They both have the same issue with my XSX (ubisoft). Both were immediately accepted, but now I see only one of them has actually been processed and returned to the card I used.
The returned game has been removed from my XSX. The other is still showing as owned. I have tried in vain to contact the xbox dept but all I get is some useless message about using the virtual help or request a call back which is not available. Something Ive
tried so many times. The usual microsoft help is available via phone.. just not xbox. Can't even chat to anyone online.

Whoever processed these items doesnt seem to realise there was two items I wanted refunded. Didnt the person actually bother to look? contacting xbox at the moment is bloody frustrating. Why arent they available? extended xmas break???

Every option given in the drop-down menu if I try to contact xbox has nothing that fits my issue. Everything gives either 'no contact' or virtual help. ****?

I am frustrated beyond belief. Will someone from microsoft PLEASE help. I have zero ways to contact you. The website is useless. The fact no phone numbers are listed on the help page shows everything is shut down.. why?

I have tried that link/page. Nothing works. There is no phone number and the 'contact us' option at the top of the page only does what ive already stated. It offers no help. There is no sub-option for refunds and no option to call or chat to anyone. Has
anyone actually bothered to try and see?

I have tried ringing xbox by googling the number. But when you try to get through by selecting it in the options heard, it tells you to 'avoid long waits and contact the website'. But even that is not working. Clearly they are not available, but fobbing
you off by getting you to go to an equally useless dead-end isnt a good service microsoft.

Until the last few years, no company offered refunds on digital purchases, and most still do not. The digital refund policy for both Microsoft and Sony is nearly identical in both prerequisites and process. The only way to get a refund is to fill out an online
request form.
