NONE of us can help you you will have to post in the thread posted above that is the ONLY place where you can find out exactly why you were banned but as I said there is no appeal. if it was not you that did the deeds call up support and open an unauthorized
access claim if they can find out the account was not in your control then there is a possibility they can contact the PET and see if they can get it reversed those are your ONLY options sorry.

He would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team would have suspended him because he did something to violate the code
of conduct, not just because you reported him.
