    Got banned from communication for more than 24hrs for no reason when I was being harassed from the start by some random person.

    doesnt matter who starts the fight you need to follow the rules

    If someone harasses you

    Block and mute and report

    Retailiation isn't excused nor immune to the rules common sense no?

    In real life you join any fight no matter who starts it you both are

    responsible for your own actions

    The other said person is responsible for his own actions so any retailiatjon by you that violates the terms of use is not immune to the rules

    Just because you didn't start the fight doesn't mean you are immune to the rules

    You are accountable for your own actions not anyone else

    If you feel you are being harassed the best option to not do or say anything to them. File a Report and Block them.

    Also sorry if this is not in a correct section on the forums (I have never used this befor and didnt think I would need to just to resolve a problem that I figured support could fix)

    I'm not even sure why support would refer you here after you went to them several times

    If they had provided you the link enforcement.xbox.com

    Them your issue would be resolved

    Enforcement issues are not support issues and that link is the only link

    Thankyou for the help and I agree but everytime I seem to be fobbed off by them and this needs to be adressed
    If they upheld their decision then there is nothing you can do but read the terms of use and start using common sense
