I would appreciate it a lot if you review my gamer tag:

Firstly, my gamer tag was suspended due to marketplace theft. I filed a review case on the matter to see exactly why I was being suspended for this action,

The case review came back and they continued to uphold the suspension decision and the reason was unauthorised refund requests I have not made any refund requests apart from a valid one off request which a Microsoft agent suggested after me purchasing the
wrong content.

Apart from that I have never made or even attempted a refund request.

As I was confused and very upset to why this is the reason I contacted the support team and they have confirm that my account doesn't have multiple refund requests in the past as what my suspension says and to let you know that I have contacted support
to confirm the previous contacts using my suspended account.

They have made note on my account for you to review and told me to post on this forum to get you to review them.

I would really appreciate if you could review this as soon as possible because I am a loyal xbox live customer who has spent countless hours and thousands on games I would never do anything to jeopardise that.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Hey there, we aren't quite sure what you mean, we do not reserve Gamertags for users. If the Gamertag is available you can change your Gamertag to it. If it is not, we do not actively take Gamertags away from accounts and would be unable to do so in this
case as well. We would recommend choosing another Gamertag if this one is currently associated with an account.

You can change your gamertag whenever you want for 800msp(well,whatever that is in your local currency).

If your trying to get a free name change then that's not going to happen.You only get a free change if your name violates the code of conduct,which your does not,so you will have to pay like everyone else.
