Thanks for reaching out to the forums. If you are unable to create repair on the website, we recommend requesting a call from support. Here is a template to get to request a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Roughly 3 weeks ago, my Xbox One X Scorpio started having serious problems. Daily, i would have to restart, reset and restore my console to factory default just to get it to boot up to the home screen. Obviously, this isn't ideal.

I have been trying over the last 17+ days to get it set up for repairs, but no matter what i try setting this up on, i cannot get past the payment authorization screen. I've tried contacting Xbox Support via Twitter and they haven't replied even once (which
is extremely abnormal).

I ended up purchasing another Xbox One X as I couldn't see myself taking the step back to the S or even worse, the SAD model. I still want to get this fixed, but have had ZERO luck with Xbox Support.

Any ideas from the community and moderators here as to which step i should take next? I have 427 games through Xbox One alone that i don't want to leave behind, but if Xbox Support keeps up this lack of customer support, they may just lose me permanently.

Did the payment actually go through?

Or is it past due?

When you go online to account.microsoft.com/services what does it say there as far as your status of the subscription?
