    Hi there,

    I think my reward account is reset properly. Can you please check and restore my reward points?

    Regarding the email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** , and subject :Why gamble(received on Jan 18 at 1:09 PM), I should have 5,000 reward because of $10 movie purchased. Could you please check as well?

    Also I would like to verify about Anime week reward. I already purchased one movie. If got it over $6 movie, am I qualified with 4000 reward?

    All my payment info are correct, i can't request my points on Xbox Rewards because it's saying to check it and update it.

    Xbox reward points balance

    Hello, i have recently noticed that i cannot use the points that my gamertag displays;When I check my pending credits in the rewards website it shows a different much lower value.Thus i would like to request my account balance to see my available points.

    I want to convert my Microsoft Rewards points to Xbox points.

    Hi there,

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

    What points?

    If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

    You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

    Hi calumboo! Have you tried checking the Xbox Live Rewards page? You'll be able to check the status of points awarded and points pending? Try checking there to see if you ever received your points, or not. Here is the link:
