Request refund for xbox game pass

I bought the xbox pass at december 2019 when it was at 1€ as special offer and i immediatly deactivated the
automatic payment.

Used the pass for something like a week and never used again.

Yestarday i saw an mail from microsoft saying they were unable to renew my xbox subscription. Checked my card purchase history and i saw they charged me every month from january 3,99€ for that xbox pass that i
deactivated and never used from december/ early january.

I demand an immediatly refund and removing any automatic payments from my account.

Seriously this looks like a scam...

Never tought microsoft wuold get this low.
