    Hello,

    As my account is one affected by an ongoing "database error" (for several years), I'd like to request a manual deposit into my Microsoft Account since my deposits do not happen automatically and I cannot request a deposit through the website.

    There is no "early withdrawal" it is a manual deposit request. A manual deposit is available when you have between 1,000 - 4,999 points. All a manual deposit request does is initiate a deposit on the next deposit cycle. If you requested it on the 11th then
    they should deposit sometime around the 30th of April. There is no way to get them before that time.

    i was told theres a deposit my rewards button on myrewards but i dont see it. i need 2 redeem pnts

    The only time we are able to request a manual deposit is when you have between 1,000 and 4,999 points. At that time you can activate the manual deposit request and the deposit is processed on the next deposit date (it is not immediate). If you have over
    5,000 points then they are typically automatically deposited to you account on the next deposit date.

    Hello Coz,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved, although
    they have provided us with fixed deposits from time to time, like your last deposit. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we can no longer force a manual deposit ourselves, and must await a solution from this other team.

    thnx 4 the info BUT it said next deposit date was the 18th I READ IT CLEARLY! But i'll wait 2 C what happens on the 30th thnx again 4 responding

    While we do have deposits around the middle and end of the month, those are just the last day you should expect deposits on. This month, the mid-month deposit was performed on the 9th. Since you manually requested a deposit on the 13th, that request was
    made too late to be a part of the mid-month deposit. Therefore, you should expect it to be a part of the end of month deposit occurring shortly. Since you have already queued yourself for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, and so that button
    has been removed.
