request - hotstar support in India

I have a theory about this - nothing confirmed but here goes:

Disney+ has launched in SA using the Hotstar app, rather than the Disney + app that is available in the USA, the EU and the UK. Hotstar was piloted in India and it was a hot mess then too. It functions well on desktops and smart devices but the user experience is utter garbage on the smart TVs that can install it (picture quality and scrubbing are rubbish)

So consider the following:

1) Disney + for SA is optimised for desktops

2) It's utter rubbish on Smart TVs and isn’t offered for consoles in SA

Yes and it says not supported in my region.

I am from India and I even spoke to the helpline, the executive said that xbox does not provide repair support in India.

This is a huge mess, how is xbox selling in India without any support?

What should I do now?

An Xbox Support agent shared this information in February for a user that needed a service number for India as the call back link wasn't working for them.

i'm also facing same problem that xbox powers up but doesn't turn on. I tried raising request and it shows "We’re sorry. The accessory or device you are requesting is not available. Please contact
Microsoft Support for assistance." Even not able to find "Request a call" option in above steps.
