Request for refund, not solicitated purchase.

This order was never solicitated by me and would like a refund for Order 3947931280. Credit card company was contacted and suggested that I contact them in 15 days if no refund was given.

There are no option to select Cancel item from the order history in the
following process

Sign in to your Order history with your Microsoft account. If you have more than one Microsoft account, sign in to each one to check your order history.

Do one of the following:

If you want to cancel the entire order:

Find the order or pre-order you want to cancel, and select Cancel item next to the order.

If you want to cancel an item in an order:

Find the order or pre-order you want to cancel, select Cancel item next to the item, select the check box next to the item, and select the Cancel item button.

Check your email inbox for an email confirming the order was canceled. If you don't see the cancellation confirmation in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still don't see a cancellation confirmation email after
waiting awhile, contact Microsoft Store support.

The only way to get a refund now is through that website.

Even if you were to contact xbox support which the only way to contact them now is through

Support.xbox.com/contact-us

They have done away with the direct phone support.

They will direct you to the same website.

And if you continue through that site where it asks if you made this purchase and you click the pic that says that I did not make this purchase eventually it will take you to the form to fill out for a refund.

You should not post your personal information on a public forum. Refunds are not given via the forums and phone/chat support are no longer able to issue refunds. You will have to submit a refund
request.

That was not helpful as per there are no form to be filled for a refund. It is a constent loophole that brings me back to my purchase history.

Again, a purchase of KINGDOM HEARTS Ⅲ- Bundle for $91.97 was billed today on my credit card and was not solicitated on my part and I would like a refund. The order number is
[Mod Removed].

Please provide a phone number in Canada for XBOX customer services so that they can refund me.
