Request for Minecraft Account Recovery and Transfer

I regret knowing that your Microsoft and Minecraft account got hacked. Upon further research, there is no option to transfer the Minecraft account to another Microsoft account. For this to be properly validated, you can submit a request directly from Mojang Support using this support article Submit a request – Minecraft Feedback. Make sure to select the correct set of categories.

The enforcement team do not use the forums. Since the account was banned 5 years ago, there would not be a way to contact them about the ban. There is nothing else that can be done.

Yes, the limit is 2 times per day.
I can advice you try each day with more detailed info or try changing the info you provide mate

Thanks Josef for responding so quickly! We have been trying the https://account.live.com/acsr method for two days and have been unsuccessful (sufficient information has not been provided, etc). It is being suggested that we create a new account. Would we then be able to access Minecraft (current) or no?

We tried to do the recovery form twice today and apparently there is a limit on attempts SMH.

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.
