    Request for Explanation and Assistance Regarding Suspended Microsoft Account


    Hello Microsoft Support Team,

    My Microsoft account (a**********@outlook.com) was suspended a long time ago unexpectedly. I checked quite a few times to see if my account was unsuspended.I belive it was hacked and then was used for activitiess that may violate your rules.I can sign in this website (the one i am writing this) & in outlook. But not in xbox & xbox live (streaming games one)

    I have not engaged in any activities that violate Microsoft’s terms of service or security policies. I believe my account may have been compromised or mistakenly flagged. Please unsuspend my account please I have not done anything and i have alot of progress in my account/games

    Could you please provide me with the specific reason why my account was suspended? I rely heavily on this account for email and Xbox services, especially as my holidays are approaching and I need urgent access.

    I kindly request your assistance in restoring my account as soon as possible.

    If your Microsoft account has been suspended, please can you visit the enforcement page for a Microsoft account here: Digital Safety | Moderation and Enforcement | Account suspension

    You can find out why your Microsoft account has been suspended. You can submit appeals through this page which are reviewed by the Microsoft account team. Please be aware that appeals take around 14 days to be reviewed. Sadly, there is nothing this community is able to do to help with this.

    I hope you are able to get to the bottom of why your account was suspended.

    go to your microsoft account and you should see the billing feature , this should allow you to request a refund as well as a explanation on why you requesting a refund . hopefully this helps
