Request for email resend Forza 7 Sweeps Avatar winner

When the Forza 7 Sweeps started I won the Avatar gear. Unfortunately I think the email got caught by quarantine and expired, so I never had the chance to redeem the winning code sent to the email I am registered with. I saw on another users post that the
Sweeps Team was able to resend the email. Would it be possible to resend the email for me, as I wasn't expecting it to go to quarantine. Thanks

Lost key for forza 7 sweeps

I had started with two keys this morning and used the first one. When I had clicked on play game for the second key my browser locked up before i could "turn the key". And after reloading the browser i have no keys did i loose it?

Hello GrmRpr69,

It sounds like you had a user connectivity issue while playing. However, if you have used your key, since that is done through the webpage, this would not have affected your key turn. If you had won from this key turn, you would have received a win email
to the email address you registered into the sweepstakes with.

No you don't get 3 avatar item immediately it's a contest and the winners will get emailed the prop and 2 avatar suits.

Thanks both for explaining. It looks as though there were sweeps & winners in July, August, September and October 2019. I assume a new winner will be posted for November and then December in due course and continue through each month until the final sweep
at the end of July 2020.
