Request for Deposit has not posted

Hello, I requested for a deposit about two weeks ago and it is still showing pending. Will I be able to use the deposit on the last day the xbox rewards will be available for the US market?

Look, I love the rewards program and have been a member for a good while but could you please actually deposit credits on the promised date following the submission of a deposit request? I can't count the number of times the page has cheerfully told me
that my deposit request has been submitted only for this date to come and go with no deposit. This shouldn't be complicated guys.

 

Rewards points haven't been depositing since June of 2016

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page to request a deposit to be scheduled for your account.

 

When you request a deposit, the credits are deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you made the request. If you made the request on or after May 29, they would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th of this month.

The program is still making regular deposits through the end of this month for the US market, so unless there is an issue with your account you would still be able to receive them.

Since we only deposit around the middle and end of the month, since you requested your deposit on the first this month, it will be a part of the mid-month deposit. Regarding the last deposit, from the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?



If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.


If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.
