    Request for Case Details for an Enforcement Suspension


    How can I get the following information on a suspension to my account? Cannot file a case review because it is a 24 hour suspension.

    When did the actual violation occur (Date and time)? What was the exact violation that caused the issue? Need the details.

    You have a suspension you'll want to check https://enforcement.xbox.com/ for details, or to request a case review (if the suspension qualifies). It's the only place to get any details
    on suspensions issued by the Policy Enforcement Team.

    To get further details about a suspension issued by the Policy Enforcement team you will have to go to enforcement.Xbox.com and request a case review. The Enforcement team doesn't use these forums.

    If you log in at http://enforcement.xbox.com and then click the orange hammer that appears, you can see the details of your suspension. For more details (or if you think the suspension was issued
    in error), you can request a case review at that site, and the enforcement team will take a second look.
