Request for cancellation of suspension not at all adapted

Hello,

I just learned today that my Xbox live account was suspended for 7 days, it is true that I insult a person with 2 vulgar words, however you do not know the circumstances of the use of vulgar words, I push myself to the end! I receive many more messages from
anyone who wants to punish me than messages that I send, I find that the punishment inflicted by Xbox and clearly not suitable, we get insulted and in addition we take a suspension, the control service Xbox has become ultra strict and does not take into account
the emotions that have occurred on the moment, I wish the immediate withdrawal of this suspension deemed unsuitable for the situation 7 days is far too much I have not harassed 30 people either! I wish you to be lenient to me and I also want the next time
it happens that I get notified before! I am a responsible adult thanks for your understanding.

Sorry to hear about the suspension. Yes anything vulgar is against the
Code of conduct. The best thing to do when someone does that is just report them, block and not respond. You can go to the
Enforcement site sign in and do a case review to see if enforcement will overturn it. Unfortunately, if you did state them words it most likely wont get overturned.

I dont understand the case review, the questions was to hard To understand fort french people ! Its impossible To reply good for all the questions ! Now i report all the person that hurts me

The questions are relative to the code of conduct so they can see what you understand about the rules. You have to answer them correctly in order to go further. You can try again tomorrow.

That's definitely your best bet if a user is harassing you. Instead of replying at all to the abuse another player is throwing at you. Simply ignore them, then report and block the user. That saves you the possibility of repercussions if you lash back out
at them.
