In response to Elohmn, yes, it is my account, and I've been begging them to do it for a while. I see myself as a "security risk" and am far too dangerous to be allowed access to live. I've threatened suicide before, and if that isn't a reason to get them
to do it, I do not know what would be a good reason.

I was told to post this at the request of the Urbandale (Iowa, USA) Police Department. I was recently suspended from xbox live, and I think that they should not have lifted it. I am too unstable (mentally) to be a productive member of Xbox Live, and as
such I wish to relinquish my account and access to the service. Is there any way to arrange for a device ban?

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Yeah,they wont ban your console just because you asked them to.

Why not just sell your console or if you want to keep it just don't connect to live.

Further, I highly doubt the XBL PET would perma-ban an Account based on a Post from an individual asking to be banned. Many questions would be raised as reg flag immediately. Is this the true or real Account holder? Has the Account been compromised? Is this
a joke?, Is it a pull?

These are rhetorical questions to provide oblivious red flags as to the accuracy of a claim. In short, no.
