    like that's just stupid, he meant to do that, i did'nt no i was in a modded lobby until it happened, and i followed rules, i reported him and left the lobby, and we still got suspended

    I understand what your saying im just proving the point that guilty partys DO come here on the forums and try to convince others of their 'innocence' and waste more of their time.

    Again not saying whether you did anything wrong or not as we are all just gamers like you and obviously dont have the final judgement but I do wish you the best of luck with this if you are indeed innocent though

    One question i have though is did you USE the money that the modder dropped on you?

    Because usually you wont get banned unless you actually use the modded money to buy something in game as R* would just eventually remove the modded portion of money when they got around to it.

    nope, i filed it in the report that they can access my profile and remove the money, i told them also how much i was given, 200k

    No Enforcement action requires you to pay for a review. If you are talking about something else then it has nothing to do with this thread or it's topic.

    None of us here can speculate on that. Lots of people come here and say they didn't do anything, but actually did. Since none of us were involved in the messages that were sent or the game itself, we can't say.

    No one from the enforcement team reads the forums.

    The only way to contact them is by logging in here
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo     with the suspended account to ask for a case review.You can't ask for one if the suspension is a 24 hour one.

    If it still doesn't let you file for a case review then i'm afraid there's nothing anyone here can do.
