Request for appeal denied by Enforcement Team.

Me and my girlfriend have been suspended for "cheating". We have requested an appeal but it got denied. I also had to create a new Microsoft account to post this as i cant on my main one because of the suspension. She has only started playing 3 days ago,
we play grand theft auto together as she is a low level and needs help, we have been trying to level up her and earn money fast in the game but she thought it was taking to long so we asked someone who is a way higher level than both of us to help us out by
doing missions with us, he responded with "No" and then started dropping bags of money on us. I told him i was going to report him and we left the lobby. A couple days later we got disconnected from Xbox live with a message saying we have been suspended.
We did nothing wrong. So if the Enforcement Team would please reconsider our Request for Appeal it would mean a lot, i will also include the gamer tag of the modder if our appeal gets accepted. Our gamer tags are "imnotgayx0x0" and "Sontaria".

The Enforcement team and the process it go through an appeal is proof that Microsoft doesn't care about its players. Even if you submit a case it just gets denied. Everyone gets denied no matter what. Just search online and see. Only way to change this is
for everyone to give xbox a bad review and put why and that it's the enforcement teams fault. Maybe then they'll fix the enforcement robot that denies everyone's appeal

No one from the enforcement team reads the forums.

The only way to contact them is by logging in here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo with the suspended account to ask for a case review.You can't ask for one if the suspension is a 24 hour one.

If it still doesn't let you file for a case review then i'm afraid there's nothing anyone here can do.

 

I can give the gamer tags of many modders actually

 

As Badger stated, you will need to go to the Enforcement website. We on the forums have no influence over the Enforcement Team or insight into their process.

 

You can always file a complaint on those people via the console, but the enforcement team won't take their gamertags any other way and it will have no affect on the review process.

 

well we dont deserve to be suspended so they are not getting the gamer tags until they change their decision.

 

Enforcement wouldn't "trade" a lifting of a suspension for Gamertags you believe are cheating.

If you believe someone is cheating or modding, use the dashboard tools to report them - or don't. Either way it has no bearing on your own case.

I have already appealed for a case review with no luck, and i also cant use the dashboard to report anyone because i am suspended, do you guys think we deserve to be suspended?

 

None of us here can speculate on that. Lots of people come here and say they didn't do anything, but actually did. Since none of us were involved in the messages that were sent or the game itself, we can't say.

 

why would i go through the effert of coming here and trying to get my suspension lifted if i was guilty of "cheating" ? that would just be wasting more time

 

Not saying whether you did anything or not but thats exactly what some people do. Believe it or not guilty people DO come on to the forums and play the 'im innocent' card even though they did something

 

but its pointless to do so, cause if you got suspended they obviously have proof you did something wrong

Person said they never did anything anything wrong but someone did a quick google search of his gamertag and found that his avatar had been modded and had purple skin.

Again not saying you did anything but thats proof it does happen
