Discus and support Request: Enter to submit message in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When using the app to type messages, comments, game keys, rocket league chat, i'd like to use the enter-key to submit it.     Request: Enter to submit message


    When using the app to type messages, comments, game keys, rocket league chat, i'd like to use the enter-key to submit it. Now it will insert a new line and there is no shortcut to use the keyboard to instantly submit it.

    Still not work, and I even can not contact the official online chat. I can not enter my name when I try to submit a chat request since the editor is gray.

    power off while reboot after download update

    What is the error message you are getting? There are issues with that site at this time. If you are trying to submit an online repair request for a console that has issues with the disc drive, then you'll want to go directly to phone support. They should
    not tell you to submit repair requests online if the specific issue you are having is with a broken disc drive.

    Hi Martinspire, What version of the app are you using? Are you also observing the same issue using Xbox App Beta? If the issue reproduces using the beta version, please report this issue using the "Report a problem" in the beta app so the issue is reported
    to the developers with logs to help investigate.

    Non existing email connected to Epic Games account

    Hi David,

    Thank you for the assistance and the time, but I just tried to send out the completed support request at their "Contact Us" site and I got the same error message as the one on the email change request. It's titled, "Your request is not submitted", and is followed with "We can't deliver messages to the email address -yahoo.com you entered. Please check your entry for typos or enter an alternative email address and try again". I think that this is just because that email doesn't exist and that they're trying to contact me through it.

    I realize that could try and create that email with the same address so that I did have access to it, but I don't really want an extra email to worry about. But if it comes down to that, I will gladly.

    Please help and thank you for trying!
