Request: Early Deposit of Rewards Points, Please

Hello Epic Hoagie,

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Therefore, since you only were at the 5000 pending Credit amount on the 18th of last month, you will receive those Credits as part of the mid-month
deposit this month.

Rewards credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, unless you request an early deposit. Early deposits will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you request
the deposit. You have to have at least 1,000 credits pending in order to request an early deposit.

so then what's the point of an early deposit request?

Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over

You only get a automatic deposit once you have at least 5000 points pending.

If you have more than 1000 points pending you can request a early deposit via the rewards site.
