Request Call Back

Since two weeks it isn't possible for me to request a Call Back from the Microsoft Support.

I get to the Point where i can enter my Phonenumber but every time i get an Error saying, that ther was a Problem.

Has Somebody else the Same Problem? Ist ther a solution for that?

Select Billing
Say No thanks to the virtual agent
Select Error Messages and codes
Skip step 3 and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support
