That link doesn't work. Since the console was updated today I've not been able to use my controller . I've done the power reset but still not worked. I've had someone check my controller all elements work ok. I've tried the controller on my phone works ok. I've done everything and the only thing I can think has caused it is the update today.

3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support
