Go into the "character" tab and then go to "mounts" to find the "stable". From there you can give any mount in your stable an insignia. Just make sure you have equipped your mount first and it is not just sitting in your inventory. If it doesn't appear in
the list, it is not the right type. Universal slots can take an insignia, the other slots need specific types of insignias.

You can purchase insignias from the Trade House. I have also had good luck finding them on higher level bosses or in kits that you find in the dungeons.

With regards to your concern, you shouldn't get banned just because you submitted a refund request since it is also your rights to request a return for an item. However, all items being requested for a refund is also subject for review.

Since you got the message from the Xbox refunds team that it was denied, it probably means that those items are no longer eligible for refund. In case you wanted to follow up on a request that you have submitted already, yes you can reply to the email you received from them to tell the Xbox refunds team what you wanted to add on your previous request. You're welcome! Yes that shouldn't be a problem because even if you request many refunds, it will just get denied if it didn't meet the refund criteria.

Though refunds are not mentioned there since all users has rights to submit a refund request but as I mentioned if it didn't meet the refund eligibility, it will just get denied and it will not be taken against you if you submitted many refund requests for a year since the Xbox refunds team are checking each refund requests thouroughly.

Hi, thanks for the reply Ben, so it should be all good right? Reaching the maximum number of refund requests and getting the message "Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you've reached your limit for this year." Shouldn't be a cause for concern in terms of a suspension, as I ve only done this once and have no other refunds or request from the past few years?
