    I own a series 2 elite controller and the bumper stopped working so i went to the site to request a replacement,note my controller is still under warranty, but when i put in serial numbers it just takes me to an infinte loading screen and wont load.

    I have a xbox elite 2 with a rb double click and im ready to stop buying from microsoft completely. Have they fixed the hardware on the controller or have they provided an update yet?

    If you're having a hardware problem with your controller you can Request an Xbox controller replacement. This is not a guarantee that they will
    be able to replace it as this all depends on the controllers warranty.

    If you are having problems through the site then go ahead and Contact Xbox Support by requesting a callback or requesting to chat with an agent for further assistance.
