    I am following the steps needed to request a refund. Unfortunately, when I click on the link to the form I receive this:

    I am logged onto the website for my country and it still doesn't open.

    Which country is your account linked to? The refund form is not available for all countries and will redirect to that error page if that is the case.

    Just to be sure, also check the xbox support pages about refund specific for your country, in case there are different procedures.

    If everything fails, contacting support as suggested will help you find a solution.

    Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in please? Also, which link are you using? Have you tried this link
    xbox.com/refund. If the page does not work it may be that it is not available for your country (in which case you would need to
    contact support) or you could try launching it with the Edge Browser as I've noticed the page doesn't always load properly in Chrome.

    I live in the UAE. So perhaps this is the reason why the link is broken.

    How about for the UK?

    I try to refund and it sends me also to the "we've moved things around" page. Bloody useless! Then all help pages send me back to do the same process again...
